Regulation (EU) 2024/1143 Article 97

Entry into force and date of application

Article 97

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 13 May 2024. However, Article 10(4) and (5), Article 39(1) and Article 45 shall apply from 1 January 2025.
