Application

Article 4

1.   Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2025, as regards data transmissions to and from the Commission (Eurostat), for reference periods that start on or after that date. 2.   Article 2, point (2), shall apply from 1 January 2025, as regards data transmissions to the Commission (Eurostat) for reference periods that end on or after that date. 3.   Article 3 shall apply from 1 January 2026, as regards data transmissions to the Commission (Eurostat), for reference periods that start on or after that date.
