Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1899 Article 2

Article 2

The protection referred to in Article 1 applies to the entire territory of the European Union and supersedes the national regime of protection applicable in the Member States which are party of the Lisbon Agreement. Continuity with the national protection granted in those Member States to Appellation of Origin ‘تين دجبة / Figues de Djebba’ shall be guaranteed.
