Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1763 is amended as follows: (1) in Article 1, first paragraph, the name ‘Arrow Regulatory (Ireland) Limited’ is replaced by the name ‘Neogen Italia S.r.l.’; (2) the Annex is replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation.
