Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2076 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . The following amendments shall apply from 13 February 2025: (1) point (7) of Annex I; (2) Annex II; (3) points (6) to (18), (22) and (23) of Annex III; (4) points (2) to (9) of Annex IV; (5) Annex VII.
