Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2384 Article 2

Article 2

The national customs authorities shall take the appropriate steps to register the imports identified in Article 1(2) of this Regulation, pursuant to Article 14(5) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036. Registration shall expire nine months following the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
