Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1, point (3) shall apply from 18 December 2024. However, the notification obligations referred to in the following points of the Annexes to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1185 as amended by this Regulation shall apply from the following dates: (a) the notification obligation on ware potatoes referred to in point 5(a) of Annex I and the notification obligation on retail selling prices referred to in point 8(e) of Annex II shall apply from 18 March 2025; (b) the notification obligation on wine prices referred to in point 6 of Annex II and the notification obligation on hemp prices referred to in point 3(i) of Annex III shall apply from 1 October 2025; (c) the notification obligation on wine production and market situation referred to in point 7 of Annex III shall apply from 1 July 2025; (d) the notification obligation on fruit and vegetables produced quantities for fresh consumption referred to in point 7a of Annex III shall apply from 1 March 2026.
