Request for cooperation or exchange of information
Article 3
1. A requesting authority shall make a request for cooperation or exchange of information in writing, by post or by electronic means. It shall address the request to the contact point designated pursuant to Article 2. 2. When requesting cooperation or the exchange of information, a competent authority shall use the form set out in Annex I and shall: (a) specify the details of the relevant information requested; (b) identify, where appropriate, issues relating to the confidentiality of the information requested.
