Title II of this Regulation applies to:
(a)
Union fishing vessels operating in the Regulatory Area under the auspices of NEAFC;
(b)
Union vessels with catches on board from the Convention Area, where specifically referred to; and
(c)
third country vessels with catches on board from the Convention Area in Union waters or ports, where specifically referred to.
