Article 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 May 2025. However, Article 1, points (21), (22), (24), (26), (27), (28), (29), (30), (32)(b), (34)(b), (37), (40), (42), (45), (46), (49), (52), (54), (56), (58), (61), (63), (65), (66), (70), (72), (74), (76), (78), (80)(b), (81), (85), (88) in so far as it relates to Article 72(3), points (a), (e), (f) and (m), (90), (98)(b), (111), (113) and (123) shall apply from 1 July 2026.
