Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/3104 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2025, as regards data transmissions to the Commission (Eurostat) relating to each reference period which starts on or after that date.
