Authorisation of the issue of additional allowances

Article 2

Additional allowances shall be issued in 2027 on the basis of the average amount of total emissions of 1 680 358 tCO 2 reported by Sweden for the sectors listed in the Annex to this decision for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018 in accordance with the rules set in Article 30c(1) of Directive 2003/87/EC.
