Article 10

1. The EUSR shall apply the rules laid down in Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 5 ) . The High Representative shall adopt relevant implementing rules concerning the EUSR. 2. The EUSR shall protect individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the rules laid down in Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 6 ) .
