Article 6

Member States shall report to the Commission on the implementation of this Decision by 31 December 2026. Member States shall monitor the use of the 3 800-4 200 MHz frequency band, including the co-existence between WBB LMP systems and other systems referred to in Article 4. Member States shall report their findings to the Commission upon request or at their own initiative.
