Amendment to Directive (EU) 2019/2161

Article 3

In Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2019/2161, point (b) is replaced by the following: ‘(b) submit a complaint to the competent centre of the European Consumer Centres Network, depending on the parties involved.’.
