ANNEX IISupplementary provisions

ANNEX II In Annex IV (Part-MED) to Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011, in point MED.A.030(c), point (2) is amended as follows: ‘(2) private pilot licence (PPL) or gyroplane pilot licence (GPL), the pilot shall hold at least a valid class 2 medical certificate;’.
