Commission Regulation (EU) 2025/666 Article 5

Article 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Articles 1 and 2 shall apply from 27 April 2027. Article 3 shall apply from 27 October 2025.
