Exchange of information between the consolidating supervisor and observers of the college of supervisors
Article 7
1. Upon reaching a joint decision on the institution specific prudential requirements in accordance with Article 113 of Directive 2013/36/EU, the consolidating supervisor shall provide the group-level resolution authority with the information referred to in Article 17(2), point (a), of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/791. 2. In case of an event of adverse material effect on the risk profile of the group or its entities, the consolidating supervisor shall communicate to the relevant observers the relevant information shared for the purpose of Article 18 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/791.
