Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1246 Article 3

Entry into force and application

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1, Article 2, point (2), points (3)(a) and (c), point (5), point (10)(a), and point (13) shall apply from 2 March 2026.
