Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1448 Article 2

Article 2

1. The customs authorities of the Member States shall, pursuant to Article 13(3) and Article 14(5) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036, take the appropriate steps to register the imports into the Union identified in Article 1 of this Regulation. 2. Registration shall expire nine months following the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
