Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1466 Article 2

Entry into force and application

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 12 February 2026. However, Article 1, points (7) and (9) shall apply from its entry into force.
