Publication of the lists of names and addresses of operators and groups of operators exempted from the obligation to be in possession of a certificate
Article 2
Member States shall make public the list of names and addresses of operators and groups of operators that have notified their activities in accordance with Article 34(1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 and that have been exempted from the obligation to be in possession of a certificate in accordance with Article 35(8) of Regulation (EU) 2018/848, by means of links to a single internet website as referred to in Article 34(6) of that Regulation.
