ANNEX II PRECISION TARGETS (1) Member States shall aim at keeping the coefficient of variation below 1 %, for the mean hourly earnings measured for all (part-time and full-time) employees, working in a resident local unit of 1 or more employees belonging to the total of all NACE sections in the scope of the topic ‘structure of earnings’ as defined in Article 6(3) of Regulation (EU) 2025/941. (2) Member States shall aim at keeping the coefficient of variation below 10 %, for the mean hourly earnings measured for all (part-time and full-time) employees, working in a resident local unit of 1 or more employees, for each NACE section within the scope of the topic ‘structure of earnings’ as defined in Article 6(3) of Regulation (EU) 2025/941, except those representing less than 1 % of the total monthly earnings recorded in the reference year.
