General requirements for OBM systems

Article 3

1. The manufacturer shall ensure that the OBM systems perform the functions as laid down in Articles 4 to 10 by means of hardware and software installed in the vehicle for as long as the vehicle is in use. 2. The manufacturer shall ensure that OBM systems comply with the OBM data requirements as laid down in Annex I.
