ANNEX II STATIONARY FIRE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT NOTIFICATION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OR ADAPTATION BY MEMBER STATES OF THEIR TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR LEGAL AND NATURAL PERSONS INVOLVED IN ACTIVITIES COVERED BY ARTICLE 10 OF REGULATION (EU) 2024/573 ON FLUORINATED GREENHOUSE GASES GENERAL INFORMATION (a) Member State (b) Notifying Authority (c) Date of Notification PART A Natural persons The following certification system(s) for natural persons involved in the leakage checking, installation, repair, maintenance or servicing, decommissioning of stationary fire protection equipment which contain the concerned fluorinated greenhouse gases or the alternative substances perfluoro(2-methyl-3-pentanone), trifluoroiodomethane (trifluoromethyl iodide), and 2-bromo-3,3,3-trifluoroprop-1-en (2-BTP), where applicable, or the recovery of fluorinated greenhouse gases from such equipment, satisfy the minimum requirements and the conditions of mutual recognition set out in Articles 3 and 8 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/625 ( 1 ) . Certificate Title Certification Body for natural persons (name and contact details) […] PART B Legal persons The following certification system(s) for legal persons involved in the installation, repair, maintenance or servicing or decommissioning of stationary fire protection equipment which contain fluorinated greenhouse gases listed in Annex I and Section 1 of Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2024/573 and the alternative substances perfluoro(2-methyl-3-pentanone), trifluoroiodomethane (trifluoromethyl iodide), and 2-bromo-3,3,3-trifluoroprop-1-en (2-BTP), satisfy the minimum requirements and the conditions of mutual recognition set out in Articles 5 and 8 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/625.
