Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1951 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1(1), shall apply from 1 January 2027. Article 1(2), shall apply from 1 January 2029. Article 1(3), shall apply from 1 January 2023.
