ANNEX II Annex VII to Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 is amended as follows: (a) in Part A, Category I, section X.A.I.001, the following item is added: ‘q. Surface Mounted Device (SMD) inductors.’; (b) in Part A, Category VIII, section X.A.VIII.023 is replaced by the following: ‘X.A.VIII.023 Nettings, canopies, tents, blankets, and apparel (including tactical clothing, footwear, vests, carrying systems, and related accessories), specially designed or suitable for use in military combat, field operations, or for camouflage purposes.’ (c) in Part A, Category VIII, section X.C.VIII.005 is replaced by the following: ‘X.C.VIII.005 Precursors and constituent chemicals for propellants, and related auxiliary agents, as follows: a. Toluene Diisocyanate, in any isomeric form (CAS 584-84-9, 91-08-7, 26471-62-5, 9002-68-2, 26628-22-8); b. Methyl Diphenyl Diisocyanate (CAS 101-68-8); c. Isophorone Diisocyanate (CAS 4098-71-9); d.
