Regulation (EU) 2023/2533 is amended as follows:
(1)
Article 6 is deleted;
(2)
Article 13 on Entry into force and application is replaced by the following:
‘This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
It shall apply from 1 July 2025.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.’;
(3)
Annexes I, II, III and IV are amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
