Tasks relating to maritime security and cybersecurity
Article 7
1. The Agency shall provide technical assistance to the Commission in the performance of the inspection tasks assigned to it pursuant to Article 9(4) of Regulation (EC) No 725/2004. 2. The Agency shall assist the Commission and the Member States, upon the request of the Commission or a Member State, together with any other relevant Union body, by providing technical guidance and by facilitating the exchange of best practices and information on cyber resilience and cybersecurity incidents between the Member States.
