Indemnity

Article 7

1. Members of the Expert Pool shall be entitled to an indemnity for their participation in activities of the Programme, including meetings of the Expert Pool, as provided for in the Annex. 2. Members of the Expert Pool shall be non-remunerated experts within the meaning of Article 243 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2024/2509 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 2 ) . 3. The Commission may adjust the indemnity referred to in paragraph 1.
