Amendments to Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1216
Article 4
Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1216 is amended as follows: (1) Article 6 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 6 Authorisation holder The authorisation holder shall be Bayer CropScience LLC, United States, represented in the Union by Bayer Agriculture B.V., Belgium.’ ; (2) Article 8 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 8 Addressee This Decision is addressed to Bayer CropScience LLC, 800 N. Lindbergh Boulevard St. Louis, Missouri 63167, United States, represented in the Union by Bayer Agriculture B.V., Scheldelaan 460, 2040 Antwerp, Belgium.’ ; (3) point (a) of the Annex is replaced by the following: (a) ‘Applicant and authorisation holder: Name: Bayer CropScience LLC Address: 800 N. Lindbergh Boulevard St. Louis, Missouri 63167, United States, represented in the Union by: Bayer Agriculture B.V., Scheldelaan 460, 2040 Antwerp, Belgium.’
