The signing of the Agreement between the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria and the European Union on judicial cooperation in criminal matters between the competent authorities of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria and the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust) (the ‘Agreement’) is hereby authorised, subject to the conclusion of that Agreement ( 3 ) .
