Administrative information
Article 1
1. For the purpose of reporting administrative information to the Commission pursuant to Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1244, Member States shall use the format set out in Annex I to this Decision and the harmonised electronic reporting tool made available by the Commission. 2. The administrative information set out in Annex I shall be submitted to the Commission by 30 September of the year following the reporting year. 3. For installations falling within the scope of Directive 2010/75/EU, Member States shall report the information set out in Annex I only to the extent that the same information has not already been reported in accordance with Article 72 of that Directive.
