Entry into force and termination

Article 21

1. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption. 2. It shall apply for a period of three years from the launch of EUSM Lebanon. 3. This Decision shall be repealed in accordance with the plans approved for the termination of EUSM Lebanon, and without prejudice to the procedures regarding the audit and presentation of the accounts of the military pillar laid down in Decision (CFSP) 2021/509.
