Article 1

The signing of the Additional Protocol to the Council of Europe Convention on Laundering, Search, Seizure and Confiscation of the Proceeds from Crime and on the Financing of Terrorism on behalf of the Union is hereby authorised, subject to the conclusion of that Protocol ( 10 ) .
