Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/100 Article 4

Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 7 August 2026. However, Article 3, point (1), shall apply from 13 February 2026 and Article 3, point (2), shall apply from 22 February 2026.
