Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/248 Article 6

Entry into force

Article 6

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1(1) and Article 3(1) shall apply from 23 February 2027.
