Voting conditions and order

Article 6

1. Decisions of the Board of Appeal shall be taken by a majority of its members. In the event of a tie, the vote of the Chairperson shall be decisive. 2. Votes shall be taken in the sequence provided for in Article 5(3). Abstentions shall not be permitted.
