Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/507 Article 6

Article 6

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2027, or, if Regulation (EU) No 978/2012 expires before 31 December 2027, until the date of expiry of that Regulation.
