Transitional measures
Article 4
1. The feed additive endo-1,4-beta-xylanase and endo-1,3(4)-beta-glucanase produced with Talaromyces versatilis IMI 378536 and Talaromyces versatilis DSM 26702, as authorised by Implementing Regulations (EU) 2015/661, (EU) 2015/2304 and (EU) 2017/210, and premixtures containing that additive, which are intended for chickens for fattening and reared for laying, laying hens, turkeys for fattening and reared for breeding, and minor poultry species for fattening and reared for laying and which are produced and labelled before 28 November 2026 in accordance with the rules applicable before 28 May 2026 may continue to be placed on the market and used until the stocks concerned are exhausted. 2. Compound feed and feed materials containing the feed additive referred to in paragraph 1, which are intended for chickens for fattening and reared for laying, laying hens, turkeys for fattening and reared for breeding, and minor poultry species for fattening and reared for laying, and which are produced and labelled before 28 May 2027 in accordance with the rules applicable before 28 May 2026 may continue to be placed on the market and used until the stocks concerned are exhausted.
