Content and procedures for notification of foreign investments
Article 6
Member States shall ensure that a notification pursuant to Article 5 contains the information set out in Article 15(1) and is sent to the other Member States and the Commission: (a) within 15 calendar days of the filing for foreign investments meeting the criteria set out in Article 5(1); (b) within 45 calendar days of the filing for foreign investments meeting the conditions set out in Article 5(2); (c) without undue delay where Article 5(3) applies; (d) without undue delay after making the decision to notify a foreign investment in accordance with Article 5(5).
