Regulation (EU) 2026/1739 Article 5

Entry into force and application

Article 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1, points (3), (4), (7)(d), (9) and (14) shall apply from 19 August 2028. Article 1, point (13) shall apply from 19 August 2029.
