Council Regulation (EU) 2026/1743 Article 2

Entry into force and date of application

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 17 August 2027. However, Article 1, point (3), shall apply from 1 July 2030.
