Access by competent authorities
Article 7
1. When fishery products are weighed on landing or after transport, authorised weighing operators shall provide the competent authorities of the Member State of weighing with full access to the weighing systems and weighing records referred to in Articles 3, 4 and 5. 2. When fishery products are weighed on board, in accordance with Annex IV, authorised weighing operators shall provide the competent authorities of the flag Member State or the competent authorities of the Member State of landing, with full access to the weighing systems and weighing records referred to in Articles 3, 4 and 5.
