Article 1
1. The customs authorities are hereby directed, under Article 14(5) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036, to take the appropriate steps to register imports into the Union of certain polyvinyl alcohols currently falling under CN code ex 3905 30 00 (TARIC code 3905 30 00 91) manufactured by the Sinopec Group (Sinopec Chongqing SVW Chemical Co. Ltd and Sinopec Great Wall Energy & Chemical Ningxia Co.) and originating in the People’s Republic of China. 2. Registration shall expire nine months following the date of entry into force of this Regulation. 3. The national customs authorities shall not decide on any application for repayment or remission of anti-dumping duties on imports of products manufactured by the Sinopec Group before the entry into force of the Commission Implementing Regulation concluding the re-examination.
