ANNEX II List of products subject to trade-liberalisation measures referred to in Article 1(1), point (b) Notwithstanding the rules for the interpretation of the Combined Nomenclature (‘CN’), the description of the products in the third column of the table is to be considered as indicative. The preferential scheme is determined, within the context of this Annex, by the scope of the CN codes set out in the second column of the table as applicable at the time of adoption of this Regulation.
