Entry into force and application

Article 50

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. Article 1, Article 2(1), (2) and (3), Article 3, point (3), Article 4, Article 5(13) and (15), and Articles 14, 15, 16, 34, 35, 41, 43, 47, 48 and 49 shall apply from 16 October 2026. 3. The remaining provisions of this Regulation shall apply from 17 October 2027.
