Amendment to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008

Article 2

In Article 1 of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, paragraph 4 is replaced by the following: ‘4. Member States may allow for exemptions from this Regulation for substances and mixtures, as well as articles referred to in section 2.1 of Annex I, where necessary in the interests of defence.’.
