為第1(a)條的目的而指明的安排是載於在2004年4月7日在科威特以英文一式兩份簽訂的名為 “Agreement between the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the State of Kuwait concerning Air Services” 而中文譯名為《中華人民共和國香港特別行政區政府與科威特國政府關於民用航空運輸的協定》的協定的第十一條的安排。該條的中文譯本* 載錄於附表。
