Section 1

SECTION 1. Paragraph two of section one of Act Numbered Nine hundred and thirty-five, entitled "An Act reducing the fifteen municipalities of the Province of La Union to twelve," is hereby amended so as to read as follows: "2. The municipality of Santo Tomas shall consist of its present territory and that of the municipality of Rosario, with the seat of the municipal government at the present municipality of Santo tomas."

Section 2

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited" in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission m the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage. Enacted, November 21, 1903.
